I got a mazda cx5 15 reg. After 7 weeks the oil pump packed in. Within one day C J picked the car up and got it fixed. No hassle. No trouble at all. And no charge. Brilliant customer service. I'll definitely go back to luck lane. Thanks mate

Superb experience and enjoyable
CJ was brilliant. He pulled out all the stops to get the car ready on the same day. He deserves high praise for his professionalism and I will have no hesitation in buying again from him. Every move was honest and straightforward. Despite the awful weather we had a great test drive. Where I might have put the wind up him a bit. He hasn't got tons of stock but I am sure this will build up in time. I will come back.

Amazing customer service, answered every question I had about the car, prompt replies to my emails, I had issued my side as the travel was quite a distance to which they kept the car in their dealership for 2 weeks total (Which not many would) and when I finally got to pick it up was ready to go, nicely cleaned, and a big shout out to CJ, excellent customer service, showed me around the car, even gave me a little driving lesson as I had never driven an automatic before, overall amazing service from CJ at Luck Lane Cars.

Wow. Fantastic service and a smile. We purchased an Audi Q3 with no pressure and great service. No pressure test drive, all documents were ready for viewing paid for the car and drove away happy.
